The whole point of HYRONMAN. Triathlon, running, and Hyrox all have a reputation for being sports you need to already be “in shape” for. You don’t. You need a plan, the right gear for where you’re actually starting from, not where an ad wants you to be — and someone honest telling you what’s worth your money and what isn’t.
